Piali joined our team in June 2021 starting in a marketing role and expanding to being a licensed producer and service manager. She has an educational background in business and information systems and has had experience as a systems analyst, head of various parent volunteer organizations, and even as a cheese monger!

In her spare time, you can find her singing with her internationally acclaimed a cappella group, hiking in nearby forest preserves, and seeking out new experiences near and far. If you need any help finding something local and new, Piali can definitely help!

Kara joined the team in July 2022 as a licensed account manager. With a strong foundation in real estate, Kara brings a unique perspective to helping our customers protect their assets. Beyond her professional expertise, she's a devoted parent to two amazing teenage daughters and shares her home with two lovable miniature schnauzers.

Outside of work, she is a true entrepreneur. Kara and her fiancé own and operate Blackhawk Boat Tours, providing unforgettable experiences on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. When she's not busy with insurance or boat tours, you'll find her indulging her passion for DIY projects and cherishing quality family time.

Rachel joined our team in June of 2023, but comes to us with a wealth State Farm experience, dating back to 2020. She is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin in Property and Casualty, Life and Health Insurance. Rachel strives for excellence through details and her passion to serve.

When she isn't making the lives of our customers better you can find Rachel on the water, boating with her husband and 4 children, crafting or playing softball with her daughters!

Account Manager

Jessica joined our family August 2022, as a licensed account manager. She has allowed her previous experience in customer service and in the insurance industry, to build stronger relationships with existing and potential customers.

As a proud Latina, she hopes to help the community understand and become educated in their insurance needs.

Jessica continues her education at College of DuPage, completing her Associates in Business degree.

In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, pursuing her newly acquired interior design hobby and spending time with family and friends. Jessica finds comfort in traveling to her parents’ hometown, Puebla, MX, as well as the latest “must-visits” across the country.

In addition, Stella possesses an exceptional talent for baking and creating delectable pastries.
